Oppenheim Architecture is leading the development design, with Andres Arcila of Naturalficial overseeing the landscape elements. The architecture features a stepped, terraced façade reminiscent of a modern ziggurat, composed of natural oolite stone cladding with a rhythmic grid-like arrangement of large rectangular volumes. Deep-set balconies and overhangs create dynamic shadows and layering, while lush vegetation cascades from the edges of each level, seamlessly blending greenery with the structure. Warm wooden accents frame the ground-level entrances and retail spaces, which will open into a landscaped central courtyard. The design emphasizes Coconut Grove’s distinctive style by integrating natural materials and textures to complement the neighborhood’s character.
