Mountain Girl
Following the herd of South Florida restaurants here, Chica launched an Aspen location. The “chica” spoken of is chef Lorena Garcia who tempts diners with her signature arepa basket. Other hit dishes are crispy Peruvian octopus and wagyu NY strip steak, or just make it easy and order the roasted meat parrillada.

Ways of Warhol
On view at Aspen Art Museum through March 27, 2022, “Andy Warhol: Lifetimes” reveals the man behind the myth. The traveling survey from London examines the parallel between his life and work through new material and insight, so even experts come away with learning something new. Event Driven
Barely giving people time to recover from the holidays, the festivities continue. Wintersköl celebrates all things wintry and fun (dog fashions, fireworks!) from January 13-16. Aspen Gay Ski week’s 45th anniversary from January 16-23 brings dinners, drag queens, dance parties and a glam benefit for AspenOUT. Ski and snowboard sensations compete in the X-Games Aspen from January 21-23.

The Snow Lodge Supper Club at the St. Regis Aspen imports Montauk to the mountains.
