Castañer x Paul Smith
Paul Smith is the latest designer to collaborate with Spanish shoe maker Castañer. The British brand’s capsule collection is trickling into Castañer’s recently opened boutique in Aventura Mall—its first in the U.S. The selection features Paul Smith’s signature swirls, stripes and offbeat colors. Styles include several women’s espadrilles, as well as a men’s espadrille and suede loafer/espadrille.
Fashion designer Alvin Valley has popped up for season in the charming Via Mizner off Worth Avenue. Known as the king of pants, he’s built a loyal following for perfect-fitting cuts like the iconic 111 style introduced in 2000. In addition to pants, the intimate shop carries caftans, tops, cocktail dresses and accessories. Note one-on-one appointments are required for safety.

Items range from beach-to-dinner frocks by LoveShackFancy and Farm Rio to Faithfull the Brand’s bandeau bikinis and matching sarong in a retro floral print to Eugenia Kim straw hats.
