#MarketWatchMonday Time! Last Month in September, amongst the East Coast of Miami-Dade both single family homes and condos averaged prices have soared from last year. Single family homes are up 55% while condo sales are up 40%. The typical seasonal pattern of moderating sales volume and pricing took a hold in August and will likely continue throughout the rest of the year.
