Exhale Virtual Nutrition Workshops
More than signature workouts and spa treatments, Exhale is a full-service wellness brand. SoulCycle offers its pandemic-designed SoulOutside fitness classes at two if its South Florida locations—its permanent space at 1 Hotel South Beach and its Palm Beach pop up at the Royal Poinciana Plaza through April. The customized experiences feature outdoor venues that follow health protocol as well as a silent disco audio system for crystal clear sound. Reserve daily classes online here.
Garden Bike Tour
Speaking of cycling, tickets for the second annual Secret Garden Tour Coconut Grove on February 13 are selling out fast. The self-guided biking tour features six private gardens, and bike rentals are available at SunCycling Shop. (Scooters, cars and golf carts are also welcome.) Proceeds benefit Friends of the Commodore Trail, which is restoring the 5-mile piece of history.
Many people are already in their first week of Dryuary, the wellness movement to abstain from alcohol during the month of January. Online retailer Better Rhodes increases your chances of staying the course through its meticulously curated selection of non-alcoholic adult beverages. Try non-alcoholic craft beers, wines, sparkling wines and spirits from the category’s best brands sans guilt.
