Miami Dolphins & Florida Panthers

Now that the U.S. Open is over, it’s time to move on to football and hockey. The Miami Dolphins home opener is September 19, at Hard Rock Stadium. Cheer them on as they go up against the Buffalo Bills. The Florida Panthers play their first home game (Pittsburgh Penguins) on October 14. |


Arts & Crafts Fairs

Support the local art scene at several fairs during the weekend of October 16-17. Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Art Fair takes over its namesake boulevard, while the same organizers are also putting on the Downtown Stuart Craft Festival at 26 SW Osceola Street. The Space Coast Art Festival relocates to the Avenue Viera center. |


Miami Beach Pride

Moved from April to September due to covid, Miami Beach’s Pride celebration culminates September 17-19 with a gala hosted by Carson Kressley, festival with concerts by Paulina Rubio and Walk the Moon and parade. Make it easy with VIP weekend experience packages for amenities like tent access, stage proximity, dining and drinks.



Big, buzzworthy concerts are back. Hard Rock Live hosts Hall & Oates with Squeeze on September 22, and Eric Clapton on September 26. Lindsey Buckingham croons at Melbourne’s King Center on September 29 and Fort Lauderdale’s Parker Playhouse on September 30. Harry Styles and John Legend play BB&T Center October 8 and 10, respectively. | | |


Billboard Latin Music Week

Famous faces in the recording industry will descend on Miami next week for the 2021 Billboard Latin Music Week. Headliners Daddy Yankee, Karol G and Nicky Jam are among dozens of acts participating in the genre’s largest and longest-running event with panels, a concert series and the Billboard Latin Music Awards.


PAMM’s Power Lunch & Black Art Meetup

Pérez Art Museum Miami soon hosts key events. Its annual corporate luncheon on October 5 benefits art education and outreach programs. PAMM’s Black art ambassadors convene on October 6 for its annual state-of-the-fund report on acquisitions, events and programs, as well as a panel discussion on collecting Caribbean art.
