Nothing Beats Halloween in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables & Key Biscayne!

Nothing Beats Halloween in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables & Key Biscayne!

On the last night of October, ghouls, ghosts, goblins, zombies and witches emerge in Coconut Grove to create one of the best Halloween spectacles in South Florida. Renowned for its fun events and vibrant community participation – Coconut Grove promises an excellent and spooky time for all. Of course, Coconut Grove is a large place and you need to know where to go to experience the scares and thrills people are looking for on this eerie Halloween night. Don’t worry because The Jill Penman Group has the inside scoop on the best Halloween events and locations.

Coconut Grove has everything you are looking for whether it’s all night parties or family friendly trick or treat hotspots. If you are looking for a place to take your little goblins and ghouls, North Coconut Grove between Aviation & 27th Avenue is a very family-friendly and fun place to trick or treat.  Center Grove is also a great place to go door to door collection hoards of treats and the kiddie park on Shipping & Allamanda is the best meeting spot.  While wandering down the lush landscaped avenues in South Coconut Grove you will find some amazing spots with tons of families!  There are a few gated communities as well as a little Groovy street named Irvington that has the best decorations!  Sunrise Park is another amazing location filled with children and is an extremely family orientated spot to meet!

Another Halloween Hotspot is Miracle Mile which will feature hundreds of parents and their kids with businesses handing out candy and fun activities in Downtown Coral Gables.  For those seeking a bit wilder of a Halloween experience – cruise down Santa Maria Street in the Heart of Coral Gables with plenty of people dressed for the holiday and children running the streets.  This is an adored gorgeous Gables street with homes that are reminiscent of Southern Plantation estates!  Coco Plum is a large gated community as well that has gotten so popular over the years you must be on a list to enter.  I don’t blame them as it is packed with residents and their family and friends so not open to the public!

Coconut Grove and Coral Gables aren’t the only areas that feature fun events. Key Biscayne is a great place to go trick or treating as the entire island typically participates.  Golf carts galore will be racing all around the island with plenty of adorable pumpkins, marvel characters, ghosts and goblins!  Key Biscayne is such a family orientated neighborhood with plenty of homes giving out candy!

Also, Lincoln Road in South Beach is always a lively place Halloween night. There are parties all over Miami Beach in hotels, condos and clubs. Brickell also has a lot of events with Mary Brickell Village being the place you can see the most costume wearing Halloween participants.

Also Sunday, don’t forget to turn your clock back an hour-November 3rd!!  It is that time of year again!!!
