You might be wondering what it means to be "RealTrends Verified." Simply put, it's a rigorous, third-party verification process that confirms a real estate agent's sales production. Unlike some industry awards that can be influenced by popularity or company nominations, RealTrends meticulously vets and confirms every transaction. This means you can be confident that the numbers are accurate and a true reflection of an agent's success in the market.
To be ranked among "America's Best Real Estate Professionals," an individual agent must have closed at least 25 transactions or a minimum of $10 million in sales volume in the preceding year.
