#MarketWatchMonday Time! South Florida is leading the nation in terms of residential real estate investment, surpassing all except the biggest and most expensive cities. According to a Cushman & Wakefield analysis, 367 multifamily assets changed hands in deals worth $4.96 billion in the first half of 2022, making it the second-highest six-month period in Florida history after the second half of 2021.
