#MyTownTuesday Time! I have always adored South Miami and all of its action! My office has been in SOMI for 2 decades so I have weekly places I visit consistently. Check out some of my favorite frequent stops. What is your favorite places? South Miami is its own but it is close to and shares a name with the state's most populous metropolitan region. At the time of the last census, it had a population of slightly over 12,000 people. To the north and east, it is flanked by Coral Gables and the Atlantic Ocean, while to the west and south, it is bounded by Glenvar Heights and Pinecrest.
