Group Lead, Jill Penman continues to focus on the power of teams in Real Estate today.
The Jill Penman Group is pleased to announce the addition of Miami native Mirna Yunin. She joins an established team of real estate professionals including Estate Agent, Kristy Martinez, Marketing Specialist, Vanessa Guzman, Marketing and Operations Director Matthew Kujawa, and Jill’s hand-picked and specialized marketing and support partners. The group welcomes Mirna as they continue to expand their depth of skills and networks. “Your vibe certainly does attract your tribe, from the moment I first met Mirna, I knew she would be a natural fit for the team and what we are all about. Mirna has what it takes to help her clients succeed in Miami’s diverse culture. A Miami native of Cuban, Dominican and Lebanese descent, she has a broad appreciation of diverse client needs and desires, and a well-rounded perspective perfect for the South Florida market. She grew up in Coral Gables and specializes in the area, in addition to Brickell, Coconut Grove and South Miami. After attending Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in South Miami, Mirna obtained a Double Major in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University. Her education set a backdrop for a Realtor who appreciates both the art of the deal, and the emotional role of marketing. To further assist a broad range of clientele, she is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese.
With a natural appreciation of all things luxury, she has been in luxury sales for over 10 years ranging from high-end timepieces, to interior design and real estate. Her passion for real estate centers around the impact she can have for her clients. In her own words, “I love helping make this really big decision in a person’s life be a little less stressful and more exciting, where they can actually feel good throughout the process.” On a personal level she also appreciates that in real estate, you never stop learning or facing new challenges and that helps keep her dedicated to her clients and her own personal growth.
Mirna currently lives in Coral Gables with her husband who, originally from Brazil, shares her passion for Miami. When she is not focused on her client’s needs she is busy raising her adorable two-year-old son, or you might find her out in the community supporting #teachHope, a local community group that distributes meals and donations to the needy in Downtown Miami.
